Plain Baklava dough is similar to the dough of baklawa with pistachio or walnuts. No pistachio or walnut is used here. Semolina cream is spread among the layers. Plenty of melted butter is poured over the cream. As is the case with all milk products, it is recommended that this baklawa should be consumed as soon as possible.
