Gluten-Free Baklava with Walnut is a "special nutritional purpose" product with a recipe developed by Karaköy Güllüoğlu for celiac patients and those on a gluten-free diet.
Studies were carried out with the Association of Living with Celiac and patients were given tastings. The amount of gluten did not exceed 20mg/kg on the measured dry matter. Except for flour, other raw materials of Güllüoğlu baklava were kept the same. Our products are analyzed regularly. We use a separate warehouse and special production area for the production of Gluten-Free Baklava.
