1-What is the minimum order quantity for corporate orders?
Minimum order quantity is 50 kg for single or weekly orders.
2-What are the payment options for corporate purchases?
Payments for corporate orders are made by bank transfer.
3-What is the delivery period for our corporate purchases?
Standard products are delivered the following day-provided that the order is placed until 5.00 pm- and special products are delivered within two or three days.
4-Is there a special discount for corporate orders?
Special discounts are made for regular purchases.
5-Can we make our orders specific to person?
Content specific to the person or company is created and packaging is designed.
6-Can we plan our gifts for special occasions in advance?
Special occasion corporate gifts are prepared if ordered up to four days in advance.
7-Do you deliver worldwide?
We make our deliveries in four different ways depending on the location and order quantity.
1-Deliveries within in Istanbul for orders over 20 kg are made by hotel service vehicles.
2-Deliveries to multiple addresses in Istanbul are made by our motorcycle couriers.
3-Deliveries to provinces other than Istanbul are made via Aras Kargo.
4- International deliveries are made as micro exports via DHL.
